“Website” includes all ESSENTIAL domains and subdomains.
“Product” means any item offered for sale under the ESSENTIAL brand.

3. Product Information & Availability

Minor variations in size, finish, or colour may occur due to manufacturing processes, photography, or screen displays.
Product availability is not guaranteed and may change without notice.
All specifications are approximate and non-binding.

4. Order Acceptance & Rejection

ESSENTIAL reserves the right to accept, limit, or cancel any order at its sole discretion. Reasons may include, but are not limited to:

Inventory limitations
Pricing or description errors
Fraud detection
Violation of these Terms

A confirmation email does not constitute a binding contract. A sale is only final once a shipping confirmation is issued.

5. Pricing, Taxes & Payment

Prices are listed in your selected currency and may change without notice.
Customers are responsible for all applicable VAT, duties, and local taxes.
ESSENTIAL is not liable for bank fees, currency conversion costs, or payment delays.
Payment failures from third-party processors fall outside ESSENTIAL’s responsibility.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.
Delivery times are estimated, not guaranteed.
ESSENTIAL is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping details.
Returned or unclaimed parcels may be disposed of without refund.

7. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns are accepted under these conditions:

Request submitted within 14 days of delivery
Product is unused, in original packaging
Return shipping is prepaid by the Customer
Written authorization was granted by ESSENTIAL beforehand

Not eligible for return:

Used or damaged items
Items reported as “Delivered” by the courier
Requests submitted outside the return window
Items lost or damaged during return shipping

Refunds are only issued after inspection. ESSENTIAL reserves full discretion to approve or deny any return.

8. Limited Warranty & Liability Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ESSENTIAL disclaims liability for:

Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Emotional distress or reputational loss
Failure to follow usage or care instructions
Acts of God, courier mishandling, or customs actions

9. Intellectual Property

All brand elements—including logos, product designs, images, and written content—are the exclusive property of ESSENTIAL.
Unauthorised use, reproduction, or redistribution is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Submit false data or impersonate others
Attempt to defraud, threaten chargebacks, or disrupt services
Tamper with or reverse-engineer the Website or its infrastructure

ESSENTIAL may permanently restrict access to users engaged in misconduct.

11. Third-Party Services

ESSENTIAL uses third-party platforms for payment, logistics, and analytics. We are not responsible for:

Errors or delays caused by these providers
Data practices of external platforms
Failures in service delivery beyond our control

Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, United States. All disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Los Angeles County.

You waive the right to participate in class actions or collective legal claims. All disputes must be pursued individually.

13. Modifications

ESSENTIAL may revise these Terms at any time. Updates take effect immediately upon publication. Continued use of the Website constitutes acceptance of the latest version.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder shall remain fully valid and enforceable to the maximum extent allowed by law.
